It has been another challenging year, but there’s so much to celebrate - you have all shown amazing commitment, strength and resilience throughout!
 
It’s now time to look back and reflect on everything that has been achieved in 2022. So, if you know a Sales Leader, Rep Or Business Development Specialist who has been a rising star or shown the true spirit of Avon in 2022 now is your chance to put them in the spotlight - to share why you think they are amazing at what they do and shine a light on them!
 
There are eight awards up for grabs, including a NEW Game Changer award, and you can nominate in as many categories and as many times as you like. All of your nominations should be for people who truly live the Avon values – want a reminder of those valuesthey are:

Do you know a Rep who always lives the Avon values and has grown their business this year by continually looking at ways to promote Avon to new and existing customers? Do you know a Rep who gives amazing customer service and goes above and beyond? Are they the first to share all of our amazing products and drive their sales through all our channels? Maybe they have embraced a new way of working and knocked it out the park this year! Maybe they have just made sure that with every opportunity they have delivered the best service with the best product knowledge and their customers adore them! Do you know a team or individual who went above and beyond in 2022 to put Purpose at Heart? This could be by giving back, supporting their local community by donating time, funds, or products, speaking out about domestic abuse, and/or the importance of self-checking, to help raise awareness and/or signpost to expert support.
 

 
 
Game Changer

A Rep, Sales Leader or Business Development Specialist who is able to spot business opportunities that aren’t visible to most. We are setting out to celebrate the achievements of someone who has successfully adapted their ways of working in the ever changing (and challenging) business environment.
They look at things a little differently, pushing the boundaries of what is possible. They not only pursue radical change themselves but inspire others to challenge the way they do things too, resulting in a brighter future for them and those around them. They may not see themselves as a natural leader so this is your opportunity to put them in the spotlight.
